Khyber Clothing was created by Hassan. I personally design, customize the website, manage accounts, handle finances, utilize social media, and reply to all of you, all on my own.

This brand roots from my parents, my dad being born in Khyber Pakhtunkwha, a region in Northern Pakistan. The culture they have brought me up in and the way that I was raised with the people around me all connected to my home roots of Pakistan. Naturally growing up I had a sense of pride for where I am from, until I was met with negative remarks and people's negative perception against Muslims and/or Pakistanis. 

Our mission is to create a clothing brand that not only delivers fashionable and meaningful pieces but also fosters a sense of pride in those who wear them.

Aesthetically, I’d say my clothing brand aims to produce fashionable and meaningful pieces that we all should feel proud to put on. As more drops go on, this will make more sense, but blending culture with lasting fashion creates its own aesthetic that I’ve always liked and wanted to build up on.

Culturally, it’s more about us as a people, it gives a way for people to have pride, which has grown a lot in the Muslim community these past couple of years. I’m sure almost all of us were made fun of for being where we are from. Whether you’re from Palestine, Pakistan, or anywhere else, the brand represents solidarity and creates a space to express pride. Embrace diversity through fashion.
